Full-length inserts
- Cover the toe area
- Occupy more interior space
- May require removing the existing footbed
Low-profile 3/4 design
A low-profile 3/4 orthotic designed to support your heel and arch while leaving the front of your shoe free.
The 3/4 advantage
Our 3/4 inserts cradle your heel and provide firm, targeted arch support—without adding another thick layer beneath your toes. Designed to fit comfortably inside the shoes you already wear, so you can stand, walk, and work with greater support throughout your day.
3/4 vs. full length
Compare the compact 3/4 profile with a full-length insert before choosing what fits your shoes.
How it works
01
A soft top cover, cushioning foam, cork and structured EVA work together to balance comfort with firm support.
02
The structured EVA base is designed to resist flattening more than soft foam alone and provide consistent support through the midfoot.
03
The 3/4 profile supports the heel and arch while leaving the toe area open, so it fits more comfortably in compatible shoes.
Built differently
Everyday versatility
Its compact shape is designed for enclosed footwear with a stable heel and enough room for the insert to sit flat.
Fit varies by shoe. Stop using the insert if it shifts, rocks or prevents a secure fit.

Questions, answered
The insert runs from the heel through the arch and toward the ball of the foot, then stops before the toes.
Place it flat inside the shoe with the rear edge seated at the heel. Your heel should feel centred over the shaped rear section.
The insert itself does not extend beneath the toes. Overall fit still depends on the shape and internal volume of your shoe.
Use it only in compatible enclosed shoes where it sits flat and does not shift. The store has not yet published a tested footwear compatibility list.
That has not been verified for every shoe. Use the configuration that lets the insert sit flat and keeps the shoe secure without pressure or rocking.
Choose the size card that includes your usual U.S. shoe size. If you are between ranges, choose the larger size and make sure the insert sits flat without shifting.
